Coach Jessica and Justin Rundle recommend eliminating alcohol completely for best results when it comes to weight loss. However, sometimes it is hard to pass up a drink. Follow their advise and you will still be able to get good results even with an occasional drink.
Follow the video, and use one shot of light vodka, or plain vodka mixed with diet 7-Up or soda water, fresh squeezed lime juice and a spoonful of frozen berries.
