Are you ready to get fit for summer?  As Spring inches closer, the reality of board shorts and bikini weather is closing in.  The real question to those looking for “get fit quick tips” is, how does one get fit for summer?  It’s actually not as hard as one may think.  It definitely involves commitment and discipline, but if one follows our guidance, getting those summer abs to come out will be less stressful than one may think.

Get Fit For Summer Step One:

To begin the get fit for summer jump-start, tune up your diet.  It sounds cliché, but this is the number one hinderance for anyone trying to lose body fat or weight, (especially around their mid-section, aka summer abs).  In reality, there are some simple changes that could dramatically improve how one metabolizes body fat.  Whether your goal is to have the best summer abs of your life, or for your wedding dress to fit just right on your special day, diet will play an intricate role.  Sometimes it’s what you think you’re doing right, that is actually slowing down the process.

Make sure you are thoroughly hydrated and then take a close look at dairy, wheat, soy and alcohol.  All of which can be accredited to food intolerance, allergies and toxic states for the human body.  From our own personal experiences and those of clients, ten to twenty pound weight drops have been normal after cutting these foods out of the diet.  To get on the fast track here, try our 7 Day Detox to rev up your metabolism, jump start fat loss, and expel inflammation weight.

Don’t get discouraged.  Cutting these food groups is not the end of the world.  There are plenty of substitutes and we can show you how to manage this in our Workout Anywhere Member’s section.  If you are not convinced, do a little research and watch some of the documentaries from the most renowned dietitians and Nutrition Research M.D’s, “Forks Over Knives,” “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead,” “Food Inc,” “King Corn.”   Hopefully this research will provide a moment of clarity and an eye-opening experience towards the get fit for summer training.

Get Fit For Summer Step Two:

Next step, turn up the intensity.  Boot camp style workouts are the fitness revolution.  Reason being, they work, especially for get fit for summer jump-starts.  However, not all boot camps are created equal.  There are certainly some that are more effective than others and programs that offer more guidance for all ability levels.  In essence, boot camps are a convenient total body training program that can be done anywhere.

Adding a total body strength training circuit with the principles of metabolic conditioning (High Intensity Interval Training, or just interval training) and one can expect to melt away body fat while promoting lean muscle growth (summer abs formula).  If finding the right boot camp is too difficult or so exclusive that you’re not certain of where to begin,  give Workout Anywhere by RundleFit a try.

From the peace of mind of your living room, you can have a boot camp style workout at anytime or anywhere.  We turn your body into the gym and only require 15 minutes of your time.  In that amount of time, all levels can participate in our home workout program and get fit for summer.  That’s right, we even have beginner home workouts.  There are even home workouts for women and home workouts for men.  Workout Anywhere is truly a one of a king, all-inclusive system for get fit quick results and beyond.
