Making fitness a priority is not always easy if your plan revolves around equipment or a gym. However, for best results, your Workout Anywhere team and fitness family prefer to use their surroundings and hotel room for the ultimate bodyweight training dojo. You can too!

We’ve even included our son William into the training plan to make this a family fitness friendly routine. Watch the video first, and then proceed to the Hotel Room Total Body Workout details below.

Hotel Room Total Body Workout Details:

1) Warm up to a sweat using our Dynamic Warm Up 
2) Complete 30, 20 and 10 reps of the total body circuit. Go through the travel exercise circuit (30 reps of each), then back through 20, and finally 10.

– Squats
– Push Ups
– Hip Bridges
– Desk Pull Ups
– Single Leg Get-Ups (Sit to Stand to Hop)
– Suitcase Upright Rows
– Chair Dips
3) Anywhere Box Jumps or Step Ups (50 rep finisher)

4) Stretch and Cool Down
