Be sure to watch the video once to learn the exercises. Unlike traditional TABATA workouts, go through the circuit instead of completing the first exercise four times in a row. Then, proceed with the following and complete as many reps as possible for 20 seconds, then 10 seconds off. Feel free to go beyond the recommended rounds, if you really wish to feel the burn.
If You’re a beginner, complete 1-2 rounds. Intermediate, 3-4, and for advanced complete 4+ of:
- Mountain Climbers
- Scissor Kicks or Squats (B)
- Side Shuffle
