Today is another opportunity to record a benchmark workout. Complete the warm-up, and then workout for time and expect a retest in the near future. Either record your own stats, or post them in the comments below.

Workout Details:

2) Strength (not today):

3) Metabolic Circuit

Complete 3 rounds for time (4 for Advanced):

  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Sit-Ups or Crunches
  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 20 Burpees (1o for beginners)
  • 20 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 400 M Run (200M run/walk for beginners)

4) Four Core: Off For Today
