Take on our fun, Workout Anywhere exclusive, Gonzaga Workout: Final Four Edition, to support the Bulldogs transcending the Final Four to the next round.
Completing this workout will be a little taste of what they’re going through during the fourth quarter. So, don’t quit! You’ll need to finish strong for the Zags!

Gonzaga Workout Details:
To begin, start with our favorite dynamic warm-up, and then proceed to the workout. Don’t forget to go through our stretching guide at the end to initiate proper cool down and recovery practices. You’re worth it!
Gonzaga Workout Flow
- Warm Up: Either warm-up to a sweat (with movement) or follow our >>> Dynamic Warm-Up <<<
- Workout: Go through four quarters (or four rounds of the following exercises. It’s a circuit, so go through each exercise, then repeat the circuit until four rounds are complete. Beginners (B) can do the alternate movement. 4×20 of each exercise or 4×10 for (B) and then post your score (finishing time) in the comments below.
Side Shuffle (aka Defensive Slide) for 20 seconds
Wall Balls (use your favorite basketball or medicine ball)
Repeat until all four quarters are finished!
