Hi Workout Anywhere Team! I thought I would share an update on my fit pregnancy journey . I’m 26 weeks pregnant and almost to my third trimester. Here’s my latest workout routine, perfect for home or on the go!

Please be sure to consult your physician before starting any fitness routine. I’m more advanced, and this workout is appropriate for my fitness level.
