Step 1) Warm-Up

Step 2) Strength

Perform 3 sets of 6 reps of the following (use a heavier weight):

Step 3) HIIT Friday Workout:

Go 5 rounds and try to complete as many quality reps as possible in 30 seconds of rest (move to the next exercise) of:

Step 4) Stretch & Cool Down
