Good Fit Friday Team!

Today’s workout is the ultimate way to finish the week off. Full body workout ahead.

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) 50 Rep Chipper (finish each exercise, 50 reps of each and in order)

  • Goblet Squats
  • Push Ups
  • Crunches
  • Lunges (50 per leg or advanced. Walking or alternating)
  • Australian Pull Ups (or pull ups for advanced)
  • Rocking Planks
  • Wall Balls

4) Four Core (4 min):

5) Stretch & Cool Down (10 min):
