2) 50 Rep Chipper (finish each exercise, 50 reps of each and in order)
- Goblet Squats
- Push Ups
- Lunges (50 per leg or advanced. Walking or alternating)
- Australian Pull Ups (or pull ups for advanced)
- Rocking Planks
- Wall Balls
4) Four Core (4 min):
