Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min):

2) Strength Phase (3 Rounds of 12 Reps):

3) Double 8 Minute Meltdowns (do them both for best results):

4) Four Core (10 min): 10 Minute Abs

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):
