Workout Anywhere – Workout Anywhere / Boot Camp



Perform 3×8 of:

-Goblet Squats

-Monster Walks

-Supension Trainer Hamstring Curls


20-Minute Circuit (1 min of each):

– Wall Sit

– Push Ups

– Crunches

– Wall Balls or Squats

– Jumping Jacks

Repeat x 4


Perform one minute of the following:


-Toe Touch Crunch

-Supermans (slow pace)


Recovery: Stretch & Foam Roll

Stretch and foam roll for at least 8 minutes.
