If you asked me last year how different my life would be now, back then, I wouldn’t have believed you. 2015 has been the best year of my life thanks to the birth of my son William. It’s literally been a life-long dream of mine to become a mother, and motherhood has surpassed any other achievement or life goal.

However, with the beauty of motherhood, has come the natural struggles of figuring out how to manage daily tasks such as work, my own fitness and nutrition needs and chores, while still devoting myself to William’s wellness needs.

Thanks to the support of my husband, friends, family and Workout Anywhere’s training community, I’ve been encouraged to fulfill a training goal of tracking my own Fit Pregnancy Journey, to fit postnatal motherhood and sharing it with you.

Why a couple months as a new mom surpasses a decade of personal training experience!

Over the past decade, I’ve been fortunate to help new moms and veteran moms with their postnatal fitness and postpartum goals. It’s been a true blessing to be able to help local moms in Spokane, Coeur d’ Alene and the North West, as well as moms across the nation (through our online training website Workout Anywhere). There’s no better feeling then helping one reach their fitness goals and develop a happier, healthier lifestyle. However, something was still missing.

My husband and I still believe that experience is the best teacher. That is why a major part of our passion for transforming lives, comes from our past struggles with weight loss. Beyond our educations and vast experience as trainers, we can personally relate to our members and that’s why we’ve been so successful.

Since the birth of my baby boy William, I’ve waited several months to make sure I was on track with my goals, before sharing my goals. Since I’m breastfeeding, I’ve had to be very careful to not intensify my own fitness and nutrition needs too drastically. Now I can safely say I’m living a well-balanced, fit and healthy lifestyle thanks to following my quick and effective workouts (perfect for use during nap time), which are all-level and have zero to minimal equipment needs.

Who is the Fit and Healthy New Momma’s Training Group for?

This support group, and team training program / challenge is for all you busy new moms. Whether you’re a new mother seeking the right training recommendations and programming for postpartum fitness goals or a veteran mother, this is the program of you.

Currently, my group of healthy mommas is half new moms and half veteran mothers with a few little one’s. However, this challenge and soup is open to all mothers seeking the ultimate, quick and effective training solution plus a positive support group of like minded moms.

What are the training group and challenge details?

My initial new mother's group started October 4th, 2015 and has running for 12 weeks until December 26th. It's been everything I hoped it could be. Mothers are encouraging, sharing and supporting one another. Plus, we are making are getting fit, eating better and making a healthy lifestyle commitment, one day at a time. The new challenge will start after the new year, on January 3rd, 2016. Below is what you'll receive as a group member and how to reserve one of the few open spots.
