If you have eight minutes, then you have plenty of time for one of the most efficient and effective cardio and core workouts.  One can literally take a break at work and complete this Fat Burning Core and Cardio Workout Anywhere.

Simply follow the routine, and the various exercises.  New exercises appear on the minute, and a the end of the video contains a full list of exercises.

  • Heismans
  • Jumping Lunges (or alternating lunges B)
  • Russian Twist
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Butt Kickers
  • Toe Touch Ab Crunch
  • Burpees
  • (Repeat if your a BEAST)
