The Main Reason Why Americans Struggle With Weight Loss…Sugar

Eliminate This One Item - Workout Anywhere

If we told you, there is one single ingredient that contributes to excessive body fat, weight gain, the growth of bacteria, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, low energy and mood swings, would you continue to use it?

What if I told you that this item has no nutritional benefit and overall is useless.  If you’re wondering what item is considered a staple food, but is really just the cause to a growing American health care epidemic, then read on and learn how we’ve kicked our own addition to this super drug called known as SUGAR.

Sugar.  It’s a Powerful Drug!!!

Sugar is the culprit and root to most modern-day illness.  If you don’t believe me, read some of the recent studies on sugar.  There’s even one performed by James Cook University in 2007 proclaiming that sugar is as addictive as Cocaine.  The intense euphoria from sugar consumption can explain why sugar is so obsessively consumed.

The CDC found that the consumption of sugar makes one less likely to consume micronutrients, thus leading to the “sugar crash” most experience post lunch hour and on in to the early after noon.  In addition, the University of Copenhagan found that sugar expedite the growth of malignant “cancer” cells.  Between these points, and the looming additional views on sugar, sugar is bad news.

Beyond the laboratory, it is becoming crystal clear that our population has reached a point of crisis.  Juvenile diabetes is on the rise and there is little we can do about it, unless we change the way we eat.  Sucrose and it’s magnitude of aliases (agave nectar, cane sugar, cane crystals, corn sweetener, crystalline fructose, molasses, sucrose, syrup and the list goes on).

It seems nearly impossible to avoid sugar and promote healthy weight loss, but think again.  Learning the power of nutrition and following the advice of proven fitness & nutrition experts can help anyone reverse obesity and the potential dietary land mines found in most common foods.
