Eat Clean Recipes From Our Members
Below are five delicious recipes our members came up with when following our Eat Clean Meal Plan (and one from the Detox Meal Plan). Try these recipes to mix up your meals this week. If you have a new variation of how to prepare one of your Eat Clean meals please share it with us and we can add it to the mix.

Eat Clean: Chipotle Chicken & Rice
- shredded chicken (3 oz. baked)
- tomatoes (1/2 cup fresh chopped)
- romaine lettuce ( 1-2 cups chopped)
- brown rice (1/2 cup cooked)
- cilantro (1 handful chopped)
- hot sauce (to taste)
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
Eat Clean: Egg-Sausage Muffins
Ingredients: (Use amounts in your Eat Clean Meal Plan week 2.)
- Egg whites
- chicken sausage
- sautéed asparagus (1 cup)
- kale (one handful)
- Salsa (top with)
Bake 350 for 25- 30 min. One day ingredients makes 3-4. They are delicious and heat up in microwave well.
Eat Clean: Blueberry Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients: (Use amounts from your Eat Clean Meal Plan & you can make a weeks worth at a time.)
- Egg Whites
- Oats (blended)
Blend ingredients together and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. (Spray muffin pan with Pam before pouring in ingredients.)
Eat Clean: Egg Salad
- 3 egg whites (chopped)
- 1 whole egg (chopped)
- 1/2 pickle (chopped)
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 stalk celery (chopped
- 1-2 tsp. mustard
- 1 TBS Greek yogurt
- 1 TBS light miracle whip
- pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy on lettuce leafs.
Detox: Baked Fish & Spinach Recipe
Ingredients: (use amounts in your Detox Meal Plan)
- White Fish
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Balsamic Vinaigrette
Place handful of spinach, under baked white fish. Then top with sliced tomatoes with drizzled balsamic vinaigrette.
