Welcome back team to an all new, Monday Workout of The Day. This workout is a blend of total body strength training and conditioning with high volume reps.

Workout of The Day Details:
For every odd set, 1, 3 & 5 go through the left side of the circuit (Bench Press, Pull-Ups, Squats or Goblet Squats, Take a 400M Lap, Wall Balls and Step Ups).
For every even set, 2, 4 & 6, go through the right side of the circuit (Dumbbell Chest Press, Australian Pull-Ups, Thrusters, Jump Rope (x24), Ball Slams and Box Jumps.
Perform 12 reps of each exercise until all 6 sets are complete.
