Here’s the details:

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) Strength (not today):

3) Metabolic Circuit (30 Min): Go at least 75% intensity through the duration of the cardio drills.

  • 5 min bike
  • 12 Supermans
  • 5 min row
  • 12 Double Crunches
  • 5 min bike
  • 12 Supermans


4) Four Core: Off For Today

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4-6 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through. Three if you’re feeling dangerous
