  • Inchworm Push-Ups
  • Goblet Squats
  • Australian Pull-Ups
  • Box Jumps or Jump Squats
  • Jumping Jacks

4) Four Core (1o min): 1o Minute Abs

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4 min): Stretch Playlist
