Hi Jeff & Mark!

You guys are doing great. Here’s a TBT lesson for today. Also, would you guys be up for some shirts?

  • 1) Warm Up
  • 2) Cardio Workout (for time, finish the following and record the time spent working)
    • Run 1 Mile
    • Row 2,000 M
    • Bike 3 Miles
  • 3) Core Workout
  • 4) Stretch

Great job today! Don’t forget to post how many rounds of the workout you made it through (plus how you felt with the movements/workout).
