You guys are doing great. Here’s a TBT lesson for today. Also, would you guys be up for some shirts?
- 1) Warm Up
- Either use our Dynamic Warm Up, or move until you’re at a sweat.
- 2) Cardio Workout (for time, finish the following and record the time spent working)
- Run 1 Mile
- Row 2,000 M
- Bike 3 Miles
- 3) Core Workout
- 4) Stretch
- Finish with a our stretching routine found here… >> Anywhere Stretch Circuit <<
