Workout Details:

2) Strength (not today):

3) Metabolic Circuit (How fast can you burn 500 calories?)

Pick between running, biking or a rower for:

  • 5 Min (cardio)
  • 20 Toe Touch Crunches
  • 5 Min (cardio)
  • 20 Supermans
  • 5 Min (cardio)
  • 20 Double Crunches
  • 5 Min (cardio)
  • 20 Supermans
  • (repeat until you reach 500 calories)

4) Four Core: Off For Today

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4-6 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through. Three if you’re feeling dangerous
