1) Warm Up

Either use our Dynamic Warm Up, or move until you’re at a sweat.

2) Workout

20 Minute AMRAP (12 reps per exercise) of:

Sidewalks (12/leg)
Pull-Ups or Pull Downs
Lunge w/Press
Yoga Push-Ups
Cart Drill
Double Crunch

3) Core & Stretch

Finish with a Four Minute Total Core Training video and stretch.
