Craig’s Story: ” At age 52, I had moderate expectations regarding results of RundleFit’s Workout Anywhere. My goals
centered on core strength and weight loss. Here are my thoughts at the end of the challenge:
~ The combination of my new meal plan and workouts overseen by Jessica Rundle far exceeded any previous experiences I have had in the pursuit of core strength and weight loss. My goal was to lose 20 lbs. and be able to play competitive tennis again. I lost 21.5 lbs and can play tennis again without the exhaustion that was limiting my ability and endurance prior to beginning the challenge.
~Muscle recovery time and soreness was significantly less than I remember in workouts in which I have participated in the past.
~ Core strength is much improved and with more substantial results than I remember from any previous attempts to become stronger in this area.
~ Jessica’s understanding of nutrition and proper training techniques helped me further understand the way foods and muscle-work impact our bodies. It increased my motivation to develop better eating and workout habits.
~Time will tell, but my wife and I both feel like this challenge has changed how we will take care of ourselves for the rest of our lives. This has the potential to be a life-style changer for us! We are completely satisfied with the results.”
