Scrambled Eggs, Avocado & Fruit Delight
- Scrambled Eggs & Egg Whites Or Use Vegan Egg Substitute for a heart healthy option
- Sliced Apples
- Sliced Bananas
- Almond Butter
- Chia Seeds
- Coconut Flakes
Scramble one to eggs with 1/2 cup egg whites sprinkled with pepper and a dash of salt. Top with 1/3 avocado sliced.
Slice one small apple and 1/2 banana. Top with 1 TBSP. almond butter, 1/2 tsp chia seeds and a few coconut flakes (unsweetened).
Enjoy! Makes one serving.
