Scrambled Eggs, Avocado & Fruit Delight

Ingredients

  • Scrambled Eggs & Egg Whites Or Use Vegan Egg Substitute for a heart healthy option
  • Avocado
  • Sliced Apples
  • Sliced Bananas 
  • Almond Butter
  • Chia Seeds
  • Coconut Flakes

Directions:

Scramble one to eggs with 1/2 cup egg whites sprinkled with pepper and a dash of salt.  Top with 1/3 avocado sliced.

Slice one small apple and 1/2 banana. Top with 1 TBSP. almond butter, 1/2 tsp chia seeds and a few coconut flakes (unsweetened). 

Enjoy!  Makes one serving.
