Our Workout Anywhere Chippers are the ultimate workouts for belly fat loss. Use this anywhere full body, cardio and abs workout while traveling, at home or anywhere with coaches Jessica and Justin Rundle:

Workout: Chipper #2

*Always complete the warm-up before starting the workout*

One Round. You must complete all reps of the exercise before moving onto the next exercise.

Beginner: 20x / Intermediate: 40x / Advanced: 70x

1. Squat Jumps or Squats
2. Push-Ups or Knee Push-Ups
3. Hip Pulse
4. Burpees
5. Double Ab Crunch

    Yes, of course. Be sure to position your bodyweight back on your heels, while trying your best to keep your chest, shoulders and eyes upright. Squatting through the toes overuses the quads and places stress on the knees.
