Chia Seed Pudding, Peaches & Almonds
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp. Truvia (optional)
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 1 Sliced Peach or fruit of choice
Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, cinnamon and truvia in a closed container and place in fridge for 2 hours. Next stir in sliced fruit and enjoy!
