Chia Seed Pudding, Peaches & Almonds


  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tsp. Truvia (optional)
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • 1 Sliced Peach or fruit of choice


Mix chia seeds, coconut milk, cinnamon and truvia in a closed container and place in fridge for 2 hours. ?Next stir in sliced fruit and enjoy!

Chia seed pudding is a great breakfast or snack option. ?We have packed the recipe full of whole food ingredients, free of dairy, soy, gluten and grains. ?You can also mix in fruit of choice.
