Today’s a good day to work on aerobic activity. Here’s a couple ideas to get moving:

  • Try getting 10,000-15,000 steps if you’re a beginner.
  • Try running 2-3 or more miles if you’re intermediate to advanced.
  • Or, if you’re exhausted from the week, take a rest day.
