Cardio or Recovery Day

Good Saturday Morning Barb!

Today’s a perfect opportunity to listen to your body, and either complete a cardio recovery workout.

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (10 min):

Dynamic Warm Up


2) Strength Phase (OFF)

3) 30 minutes of walking or running. 

4) Four Core

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min): Stretch Playlist & Foam Roll
