Workout Details:

2) Strength Phase (15 min): Off For Today

3) Metabolic Circuit (conditioning circuit):

  • 30 Minutes of Walking, Jogging, or stairs

4) Four Core: (4 min):

  • Plank 1 min
  • Supermans 1 min
  • Bicycle Crunch 1 min
  • Plank 1 min

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4-6 min):
