It’s true! One doesn’t need to spend hours on a treadmill or at the gym to burn fat. In fact, one can burn fat in as little as 8 minutes, and do it more effectively than most gym routines or home workout DVD series. Follow along to discover the best 8 minute workout known as Workout Anywhere’s 8 Minute Meltdown.

Workout Details:

Always warm up before workout

1. Side to Side Push-Up (A) or Side to Side Knee Push-Ups (standard knee push-ups are fine too)
2. Sit-Ups or Crunches
3. Jumping Lunges (A), Lunges (I), Squats (B)
4. Boxer Shuffle
5. Supermans
