Good Saturday Morning Brad!

Great jog yesterday! I’m glad we can work together and I wanted to post your first lesson a little early. I know I said cardio, so perform the cardio we suggested, and then tackle this first lesson in the next couple of days.

Also, this is a preview of how your app lessons will look. Normally, there will not be a graphic on this post, but I’m adding the warm-up poster for your convenience.
