Haven’t walked or run at all this year? Walk a 5K.
Running on a semi-consistent basis? Run a 5K up to 5miles.
Advanced go 7.5 miles.
3) Four Core (4 min): Four Minute Total Core
4) Stretch & Cool Down (4 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic one to two times through
