Workout Anywhere’s | | new Home & Travel Strength & Lean Mass series is almost complete. Unique, but highly effective exercises like the “Bird Feeder,” aka Single Leg Deadlifts are just a piece of the unlimited exercise variety found within the trainer.

To take on this Single Leg Deadlift (SLDL) exercise, follow the quick tutorial above. Eight repetitions per leg, for three to four sets is perfect for tightening, toning and developing strength eccentrically in the posterior chain (gluten, hamstrings, lower back, calves). This is also an exceptional mobility, core and balance exercise.
