Bird Pointers, a.k.a. Bird Dogs are a great lower back, abdominal and total core exercise. Best of all, you can do it at home, while traveling or at your favorite Spokane gym.

Watch the video to learn this movement. This is a great additional core exercise, or can be best used in a sequence with the rest of our dynamic warm-up.
