Beach Workout Details
One, Two or Three Rounds For Time
Always complete a warm up before the workout.
- Jump Squats/ Squats (10x)
- Inch Worm Push-Ups/ Knee Push-ups (10x)
- Alternating Lunges/Marching High Knees (10x)
- Plank Hold/Plank Hold from knees (30-45 seconds)
Jessica Rundle takes you through a quick, fat burning workout that can be done anywhere. Take advantage of the nice weather and go outside (best yet, head to the beach!). Outdoor workouts will help change up your routine and give you a chance to breath in some fresh air.
If you are a beginner we have modified movements for you too. Beginners can perform squats instead of jump squats, knee push-ups instead of inch worm push-ups, marching high knees instead of alternating lunges, and a plank hold from your knees instead of from your toes.
