Beach Total Body 8 Minute Meltdown Workout

This 8 Minute Meltdown is the ultimate outdoor and travel workout. Filmed on a beach, this routine is sure to give you a beach body.

Here’s the details:

Step 1: Warm-UP

Step 2: The Anywhere Beach 8 Minute Meltdown Workout:

*No equipment needed

As many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes.

  1. Crab walk forward (10x) and backward (10x)
  2. Side Rocking Plank (10x)
  3. Side Walks (10x each way)
  4. Push-Ups (10x)
  5. Squats (10x)

Step 3: 4- Minute Total Core

Step 4: Fitness Challenge:

Hold a wall squat for as long as possible with good form.  Your score is your time.

Step 5: Stretch and Cool Down
