Workout Details:

1) Warm Up:?

Standing Dynamic Warm Up

2) Strength?Circuit (3×8)

Sit to Hop (8 per leg)

Monster Walks

Hamstring Curls?

Bird Feeders?(optional)

3) Chipper Metabolic Circuit?(x50)

  • Australian Pull-Ups
  • Jump Rope (or pretend jump rope)
  • Jump Squats
  • Stairs x10
  • Hand Release Push-Ups
  • Jump Rope (or pretend jump rope)
  • (Repeat if you need more 😉 )

4) Four Core (4 min): Perform one minute of:

Toe Touch Crunch

Supermans

Hollow Rocks

Bicycle Crunch

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):
