Band Pull Aparts are one of our favorite Workout Anywhere (http://workoutanywhere.net) exercises and can literally be done anywhere. There’s certainly some variations to this exercise and right / wrong ways to perform it. One can do this exercise from a knee (like shown), supine (from the ground) or standing. Also, most prefer arms locked and elbows in line with the wrists.
The preference is up to you, but Coach Jessica and I prefer a slight bend in the elbows (arms locked) for feeling the most value in our rear deltoids, rhomboids and general scapular and upper back muscles.
