Banana nice cream is the perfect recipe to satisfy a sweet tooth the healthy way. It is free of added sugar, calories and fats. Simply fruit and a little coconut milk. Justin and Jessica enjoy banana nice cream a couple times a week.
- 1-2 ripe frozen bananas
- 1/8-1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- Topping optional: coconut flakes sprinkled and almond butter drizzled (don’t overdue topping portion size).
Directions: Blend bananas and coconut milk and serve with or without toppings.
