Avocado Deviled Egg Recipe:
Recipe point: Mayo is replaced by avocado and creamy yogurt!
8 large eggs
1 ripe hass avocado
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Paprika and Mrs Dash to taste
Chives for decoration
First, hard boil your eggs, let them cool and then remove the shells. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks. Peel and pit the avocado, add it to your yolks in a bowl. Add the yogurt, lime juice and Mrs Dash to the mixture. Mash with a fork until smooth or you can mix in a food processor. Transfer mixture into a ziplock bag, cut one corner of the bag and pipe it into each egg half. Sprinkle with paprika and decorate with chives. Enjoy!
