Today is a full workout for your Workout Anywhere Wednesday. Let’s go!

Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min): Go Through our favorite >>> Dynamic Warm Up <<<

2) Strength Phase (15 min):

3 sets of 8 of:

  • Goblet Squats (2 second pause at the bottom)
  • Exercise Ball Hip Bridges
  • Exercise Ball Hamstring Curls
  • Exercise Ball Hip Adduction (squeezing the ball x20)
  • Monster Walks

3) Metabolic Circuit (12 min): As Many Rounds As Possible in 12 minutes of:

  • Stair Run
  • Push-Up Rows
  • 4 Burpees
  • 6 Jump Squats
  • 8 Lunges (per leg)

4) Four Core: 4 Minute Core

5) Stretch & Cool Down (4-6 min): Use the official RundleFit Stretch infographic
