Goblet Squats

Walking Lunges (per leg)

Hamstring Curls (with TRX)

Ball Squeezes (x2) aka (Hip Adduction)

3) Cardio (40 Min) Bike or run.

4) Four Core 

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):

 Stretch Playlist & Foam Roll
