: 4 sets of 8 (pick a 5-10 pound heavier weight than last time)

  • D.B. Chest Press on Ball
  • Assisted Pull-Ups
  • Wall Sit w/ Bicep Curls
  • D.B. Tricep Kickbacks (from the floor)

3) 20 Minute HIIT

4) Four Core (OFF)

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min): Stretch Playlist & Foam Roll
