Workout Details:

1) Warm Up (5-10 min):

2) Strength Phase (3 Rounds of 30 Seconds ON, 30 Seconds OFF):

Sit to Hop (Alternate

Goblet Squats

Bird Feeder (Alternate)

3) Metabolic Circuit

(Complete 21-15-9 reps of the following couplet circuits. Then move on to the next couplet circuit): 

Push-Ups & Pull-Ups

Squat Jumps & Wall Sit (For Seconds)

Slam Balls & Burpees

Walking Lunges & Australian Pull-Ups

4) Four Core (4 min): Four Core 

5) Stretch & Cool Down (8 min):
