Workout Details:
*Always Warm-Up Before Exercising*

No Equipment Needed

8 Reps of Each Exercise. Try to get as many rounds as possible in within 8 minutes.
1) Jump Squats or Squats for (B & I)
2) Running High Knees or Marching for (B)
3) Toe Touch Ab Crunch or Crunches for (B)
4) Tricep Push Up or Knee Tricep Push Ups (B)
5) Alternating Supermans
