The Best 8 Minutes of Your Life
Do you have 8 minutes to burn? If so, prepare for the best, most efficient and effective fat burning home workout. Our 8 Minute Meltdowns are our most abbreviate workouts, but they work every time. Especially if you give it your all!
Be sure to do our dynamic warm-up first, or do enough activity before hand to be at a sweat before taking on the 8 Minute Meltdown. For this all level workout, every round adds 3 repetitions (first round equals 3 reps of each ex., next round 6, third 9 and so on). Try to get as far as you can in 8 Minutes. If you’re a machine, do this workout twice, or add another one of our workouts to your session.
No Equipment Needed.
Perform the following in a circuit, starting with 3 reps, then 6 the second round, 9, 12 and so on.
3) Double Ab Crunch
4) Inchworm Push-Ups
