The 7 Minute Workout uses a good array of exercises suitable for upper-intermediate to advanced users.  Some are not appropriate for true beginners, or those with physical limitations.

Workout Anywhere has 12 8 Minute Meltdowns and counting.  This is an addition to their 60 15, 20, and 30 minute all-level fat burning workouts.  Most routines are body weight, with or without the aid of affordable/transportable and highly effective devices (3 pieces of equipment), giving Workout Anywhere an unlimited variety of exercises and variety.

The 7 Minute Workout has a playlist of 12 exercises.  Although this sounds like a number of exercises for one workout, after a couple of weeks monotony will set in and so will the plateau factor.  Meaning one’s body will adapt (S.A.I.D Principle) and the initial caloric burn will diminish.
