Let’s get started:
This 4 minute ANYWHERE circuit workout is from the family fitness team of Jessica and Justin Rundle and is made up of four moves: one for your upper body, one for your lower body, one for your core, and one for your conditioning (to bump up your heart rate to the fat burning zone). Each move should be done for 20 seconds with a 10 second break between moving to the next one. Try to complete two to four rounds.
A) Start at the top of a push-up position. Step right hand to the right side and lower down to a push-up.
B) Push up then move right hand back to center. Repeat on the opposite side. Continue alternating.
A) Step forward and bend your back leg and bodyweight through the front heel.
B) Push your bodyweight back through the front heel, and then alternate legs.
A) Start with feet close together, then make a slight hop, and swing your legs apart like a gate swinging open.
B) Land on your heels and squat back. Now hop back up and repeat.
Plank With Side Toe Taps
A) Start in a perfect plank position (from the elbows).
B) Then lift your leg out to one side, bring it back. Then switch.
