Beginner: 10 Reps & 2 Rounds

Intermediate: 15 Reps & 3 Rounds
Advanced: 20 Reps & 3 Rounds

1. Squat with Alternating Front Kicks 

  • 2. Plank Jacks
  • 3. Run 200 meters Or Boxer Shuffle (100x)
  • 4. Jumping Jacks
  • 5. Football Squat with Alternating Toe Touch Back
  • 6. Supermans
  • 7. Alternating Toe Touch Ab Crunch
