How Do I Begin The 12th Man Workout?
- To begin, take at least 12 to 20 minutes out of your day, find an open space, grab a mat and begin. This, quick, fat burning workout is primarily bodyweight and uses some of your daily surroundings.
- Either warm-up to a sweat (see our exclusive RundleFit Dynamic Warm-Up).
- Then go for it. Try to get through all 12 reps of the 12th Man exercises as quickly as possible (while using good form and proper technique) and for as many rounds as possible within 12 minutes.
