    Weekly Workout 4 – #1 DONE!

    DJ: 5 (advanced)
    Kristina: 4 (intermediate)

    Didn’t feel AS tough as some of the other workouts – we both thought this. Maybe that’s b/c we are in better shape now? Ha!

    Don’t get me wrong, we’ll be sore, but didn’t feel TERRIBLE throughout.

    *FEEDBACK*: I think sometimes when the workout has you doing a set number (but no time), it would be “fun” to include a time component. As in, “time yourself and see if you can beat your best time the next time you do this workout.”

    Nice work and you guys are definitely getting better! Some of the workouts vary in intensity and format. There will be more for time coming up and other challenges too. However, if you want to add that format, please do. We are shaping this into a community and love input on recipes to add (Jessica can make healthier alternatives for anything including sweets), workouts etc.

    Great job you guys! Keep up the intensity. Loving the progress!
